How can I return a Click and Collect order?

Yes, Click and Collect orders follow the same return process as any other online order.

Whether you collected your order in-store or had it delivered, the return options below apply.


Can I return or exchange my item in store?

You can return or exchange your item at any Connor store, provided that:

  • the item is in its original condition
  • the swing tags are still attached
  • you have a copy of your invoice

Can I return my Click and Collect order online?

Yes, if you’re unable to visit a store, you can return your item to our online warehouse using the returns portal.

Can I exchange my Click and Collect order online?

At this stage, we’re unable to process exchanges through our online store.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend:

  1. Placing a new order for the item you want
  2. Returning the original item separately
