Click and Collect is a quick and convenient way to shop online and pick up your order in-store.
How to place a Click and Collect order
1. Choose your store at checkout
When placing your order online, use the store locator at checkout to select your nearest participating Connor store.
You can also check whether an item is available for Click & Collect directly on the product page using the Click and Collect availability tool. Simply enter your postcode or suburb to view nearby store stock.
2. Your order is processed
Once your order is placed, it is processed through our online store. This means it will not be available for collection immediately.
After the store receives your order, the team will begin preparing it for pickup.
3. Wait for your pickup notification
Your order is usually ready within 2–4 hours.
Once it’s ready, the store team will contact you using the phone number provided at checkout to let you know it can be collected.
4. Collect your order in store
To collect your order, please bring:
- your order confirmation
- a valid photo ID
We’ll hold your order for 14 days from the time you’re notified that it’s ready for collection.
